Whether you are an individual looking to improve your business etiquette skills or a company seeking to train employees, our Business Etiquette for Professionals program is for you. Please browse our course features, sample lesson videos, and detailed course descriptions below.
Our core business etiquette E-Learning program, Business Etiquette for Professionals, is hosted by New York Times best-selling author Peter Post and is modeled on the Emily Post business etiquette seminars.
Corporations repeatedly tell us that employees have the skills to do their jobs, but they often lack the personal skills necessary to develop strong, positive relationships. Business Etiquette for Professionals is a condensed version of a full day of in-person training with one of The Emily Post Institute’s Business Etiquette Seminar presenters. Throughout the 12 lessons, Peter covers a full range of business etiquette topics. In the first two lessons, participants learn skills and techniques they need to build successful, positive relationships at work.
Each lesson is 5-15 minutes long. The program is designed so lessons can be watched individually over time or taken as a complete course in one session.
