Business Train the Trainer
Unlike other etiquette programs
“I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding experience. Not only did you train us to the ‘depths’ of etiquette, you made me feel special. This was the best seminar training I have ever attended.” -Pat Locke, Lifeplan Services, LLC, Washington, DC
The Emily Post business etiquette training programs are not about memorizing an encyclopedia of rules. Rather, they focus on building better business relationships by applying the underlying principles of etiquette: consideration, respect and honesty.
Whether you are an independent consultant or corporate trainer, The Emily Post Business Etiquette Train the Trainer Program will provide you with the skills, knowledge, materials, and confidence you need to teach business etiquette in professional settings.

The Emily Post Institute is America’s premier source of business etiquette knowledge and insight. When you take our Business Etiquette Train the Trainer program, you gain association with our brand and benefit from nearly a century of Post family history and expertise. 83% of employees believe it is important to work in a civil environment. Unfortunately, 12% of employees leave companies because of incivility. If you’re wondering whether companies need business etiquette education, these statistics—and The Emily Post Institute—say, “Yes!”

How you teach is often as important as what you teach. This session offers pointers on overcoming stage fright, portraying a confident presence, vocal dynamics, gestures and habits, effective storytelling and relating to your audience.
