Dr. Veronica Guinn

Dr. Veronica Guinn is a business etiquette trainer and leadership development educator who teaches individuals and groups the skills for confidence in academic, business, and social settings.

Her career in higher education, both as a faculty member and administrator, significantly influences her professional approach. Throughout her journey, she has held diverse roles as assistant professor, radiologic sciences clinical coordinator, Dean for Student Development, and Dean for Leadership & Organizational Development within the Arkansas State University System. Pioneering an internal employee leadership academy and campus culture training program for all faculty and staff members.

Her academic contributions and achievements include teaching a variety of courses centered on critical thinking, emotional intelligence, professional development, and leadership skills. Engaging in teaching, scholarly activities, presentations, and service at local, state, and national levels.

Dr. Guinn's research to earn a Doctorate of Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University focused on the daily behaviors of exemplary leaders. She is certified to administer the leadership assessment she used that emphasizes behaviors of modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act, and encouraging the heart.

In addition to her leadership development focus, Dr. Guinn expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed Business Etiquette Trainer through the Emily Post Institute. She graduated from the Train the Trainer program in 2024. Her training encompasses professional image, communication, career advancement, social interactions, travel etiquette, and dining etiquette. She teaches this knowledge to individuals, corporate entities, and educational/community organizations. Through individual coaching, group workshops, keynotes, and online content, Dr. Veronica Guinn develops professionals at any level of their career.
