Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising cake flour
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Beat eggs. Add sugar.
Add [1 1/2 cups self-rising cake flour and 1/2 pt. heavy cream] alternately to the above mixture.
Add vanilla last.
Loaf, 7-or 8-inch square tin, bake at 350?. for 35 minutes
Layer, 8-inch round tin, bake at 375?. for 15 to 20 minutes
Cupcakes, bake at 375?. for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the size of the cupcake tin
