Trina Boos graduated from the Emily Post Business Etiquette Train the Trainer program in 2024 and offers Business Etiquette Consulting Services, Corporate Business Etiquette Training, and Career Coaching Services.

My philosophy on teaching business etiquette is deeply influenced by my journey of connecting people and fostering professional growth. As the founder of a top executive recruitment agency that successfully placed thousands of individuals in companies across North America, I’ve witnessed firsthand how professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills can shape careers and businesses. Alongside my work building Ad Lounge to host networking events and mentorship programs, I’ve developed a profound understanding of what it takes to thrive in professional environments.

Etiquette, for me, is more than knowing the rules—it’s about creating meaningful connections rooted in respect, empathy, and authenticity. My experiences in recruitment taught me that the most successful professionals aren’t just technically skilled; they excel in engaging with others, presenting themselves, and adapting to diverse environments. These insights form the foundation of my work as an etiquette consultant.

Through my training, I aim to make etiquette accessible, modern, and actionable. Whether helping individuals make powerful first impressions, navigate challenging conversations, or build lasting relationships, my focus is always on empowering people to connect with confidence and kindness.

The skills I teach are not just theoretical—they’re drawn from years of experience observing what drives success in the real world. My passion is to share these lessons and help others achieve their goals, all while fostering a culture of mutual respect and civility.
